The Gran Miscela blend is composed primarily of prized Coffea Arabica varieties sourced from Central and South America, balanced with select Coffea Robusta beans to add body and structure. Packaging Technology

In 2017 Mokador set up a new packaging plant dedicated to 500g and 1000g coffee bean products. Thanks to a special packaging technique that preserves the freshness and fragrance of the blends, this plant has significantly improved production performance.

This technique involves leaving a small empty space — named soft vacuum — in the packaging, with a one-way valve that guarantees an internal controlled atmosphere with an oxygen content of less than 10%. The result is coffee that arrives as fresh and aromatic as the day it was roasted.
