Uninsured Shipping
Orders sent with free or standard (uninsured) shipping are sent at the customer’s own risk. We cannot replace or refund parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged when uninsured shipping is selected.

Insured Shipping
For orders over €50, we strongly recommend choosing our insured shipping option. Insured shipping provides coverage in case of loss or damage.

United Kingdom Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are dispatched from Ireland on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. As the UK is outside the EU, your order may be subject to UK import VAT upon arrival. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the courier at the point of delivery.  

European Union Standard shipping, charges vary based on weight. Max €45 for orders up to 5kg. We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. As all EU orders are shipped within the single market, no customs charges apply.
