Will Aromatico Work in My Coffee Machine?
Aromatico capsules use the standard Nespresso OriginalLine capsule format. They are suitable for Nespresso OriginalLine machines and other machines designed to accept this capsule format.
They are not compatible with Nespresso Vertuo, Nespresso Professional systems such as Zenius, Gemini or Momento, or the Diva Espresso Machine.

Aromatico capsules are compatible with machines that use the Nespresso OriginalLine capsule format. This includes the Essenza Mini, Pixie, CitiZ, Inissia and OriginalLine Lattissima and Creatista models. They are also compatible with L’OR machines that accept standard OriginalLine capsules.
No. Nespresso Vertuo machines use a different capsule shape and brewing system. Aromatico capsules are also unsuitable for Nespresso Professional machines such as Zenius, Gemini and Momento. They do not work in Diva, Dolce Gusto, Tassimo or Keurig machines.
Yes. Aromatico capsules are independently certified by TÜV Austria to the OK compost HOME standard. This certification confirms that the capsules meet the requirements for composting under home composting conditions.
Used Aromatico capsules can be placed in a well-managed home composting system. Composting time will vary depending on temperature, moisture and the condition of the compost. If you use a household food waste collection, check your local guidance before placing capsules in the brown bin.
The TÜV Austria OK biobased certification assesses how much of a product is made from renewable raw materials. Aromatico has achieved the highest rating of 4 Stars, confirming that more than 80% of the capsule material is biobased. This is separate from OK compost HOME certification, which assesses compostability.
Aromatico contains the same Italian coffee blend used in Diva Sophia. The blend received Gold at the International Coffee Tasting in 2024 and Platinum in 2025 following blind sensory evaluation by trained international judges.
Both packs contain the same Aromatico coffee capsules with the same blend, compatibility and certifications. The 100 capsule pack suits regular home use and smaller workplaces. The 200 capsule pack reduces the price per capsule and is suited to frequent coffee drinkers, offices and hospitality businesses.
